The following is a selection of internal and external RCR training resources that may be of use in developing your own RCR training program. Research Compliance Services is continuously collecting and reviewing a wide variety of RCR curriculum resources, including journal and news articles, books, case studies, videos, and online training modules. - Monte Matthews is the Director of the Office of Veterinary Services and Animal Care. Monte can assist you with educational resources and/or serve as a guest speaker to your class on issues related to the history and ethics of animal care and use, regulations/guidelines/policies governing the use of animals in research, and UO processes for working with animal subjects. - Brian Westra is the Lorry I. Lokey Science Data Services Librarian. He works with faculty and graduate students in the Natural Sciences to connect them with and advise them about data management information, tools, and other resources. This year he has begun to teach discipline-specific elements of data management to graduate students. Brian can help you with developing or fine-tuning research data management plans (i.e., NSF and NIH requirements), connect you with relevant resources, and provide sessions to classes and/or share information about research data curation (acquisition, management, sharing, etc.).
